KubeDB Enterprise is charged based on the memory limit set for database containers managed by KubeDB (not the memory of Kubernetes worker nodes or database storage size).
For clustered database instances, the total billable memory is calculated as: number of replicas × memory per replica. For example, a 3-replica PostgreSQL where each replica has 8 GB memory limit will be billed for 24 GB total memory (3 × 8 GB).
Yes. KubeDB supports unlimited databases across 25+ database engines including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and more. The same memory-based pricing model applies across all supported database types.
Yes. Purchased capacity can be used across one or more clusters, and you can distribute licensed memory across your infrastructure as needed.
Yes. If databases are created and destroyed within 30 days (for example, dev or CI/CD clusters), you can use the fully featured Enterprise version free of charge.
